Prep for Next Year!
Using the results of the learning outcome surveys and evaluations has led to selecting upcoming trainings to help develop students in areas that are lower than anticipated.
For example, the Building Manager results showed a decrease in the subdomain of managing personal affairs under the Practical Competence area, and as a result, training on resumes and cover letters, applying to grad school, and job searches have been added to the upcoming student training schedule.
