Surveys for Learning Outcomes

Pre and Post surveys were created for students to self-assess on a Likert scale from 1-6.

Evaluations

All students are now receiving three evaluations throughout the academic year, with one of the sections focused on students' self-evaluation of their wellness. Exit interviews are also used whenever a student leaves their position.

Prep for Next Year!

Using the results of the learning outcome surveys and evaluations has led to selecting upcoming trainings to help develop students in areas that are lower than anticipated.

For example, the Building Manager results showed a decrease in the subdomain of managing personal affairs under the Practical Competence area, and as a result, training on resumes and cover letters, applying to grad school, and job searches have been added to the upcoming student training schedule.
