  • *Cancellation fees apply to events canceled less than 7 days prior to the start of an event in the Union Meeting Room.

Meetings or events reserved and coordinated by students or student organizations not collecting revenue associated with their event.

Students, student organizations, university departments, organizations, and staff collecting revenue associated with their event (Tax-Exempt, State/Federal Government, Public Schools, Alumni).

All other non-university groups or individuals.
